Good product. My expectations were definitely met. I would recommend to others.I was disappointed in this swing the back and seat are short compared to what the older swings are! If there were two larger people on this swing it would not last long. Paint was nicely done and hardware was acceptable but the size and thickness of lathes were not what older swings have! Cheap copy of what was expected and price was high for what I expected!Pay attention to where the chains are on this swing. Most people grab the arm rest to hold the swing still while sitting... well when holding on to the arm rest you will PINCH your fingers between the arm rest and the chain when you sit. It hurt really bad. Looking at it now, we probably could have stretched the chains further from the swing to where when you sit down that wouldn't happen, but we followed instructions and now have large bolts and holes in our porch so we won't be moving it. It is pretty small also. Would not recommend for bigger folks. I'm thin and my husband is too and we fit snug on it. Lastly we had to go to tractor supply and buy the eye bolts. It comes with some but doesn't have the bolt to hold it. Just the kind that screws into the ceiling. We got a swing kit for $10.It should take less than 30 minutes to assemble but the holes weren’t drilled all the way through in 2 places. After charging the drill, I worked to try to make the hole appropriate for a countersunk screw. The part to secure the threading of the screw was too deep so I had to go to the hardware store to buy more screws. It definitely crossed my mind to return it but that would have been even more trouble. A quality control check would have caught the problem. It turned out beautiful but I cannot recommend the swing because of the extra headache assembling it.Excellent quality craftsmanship. Very sturdy. Just wish the chain to ceiling was 4-6 inches longer and chain doesn’t hit the arms. Have to put rubber tubing or something around the arm chains. Otherwise good.It’s a bomb deal considering the price , look and sturdiness ! Easy to assemble- say half an hour job , installation- half an hour ( with the help of a handyman) . It looks beautiful in our front yard. Comfort wise I would not say perfect but then you can’t expect anything more for 200$ swing !
